If you are an account owner, you can add or delete users on your team. Once you are successfully logged in to your CodeInterview account, click the dropdown next to your name in the upper right corner. From here, you can navigate to the Team setting page.
Inviting a new team member
Type their email address into the text box on the left side of the page.
To remove a team member, click ‘X Remove’ next to their name in the list.
Changing the account owner
For security purposes, we require the account owner to email us at email@example.com with their request to transfer ownership.
Cancelling your account
If you wish to pause or cancel your account, there are 2 ways to do it:
Downgrade your subscription to Pay As You Go - If you would like to resume your hiring activity in the future, we recommend that you downgrade your plan. This way you won’t have to reregister if you start interviewing again. There is no recurring monthly fee for a Pay As You Go subscription.
Contact us - If you would like to permanently remove your data from our system, please contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org
